Recruit Shop assisted us to recruit a motor mechanic.  We had been trying for 12 months with no success.  I believe having an agency in the middle attracted more applicants and Kirsty was able to listen to our feedback about applicants and adjust the specifications to suit us and what we needed.   It did take a little longer than expected but that was more about the quality of the applicants in our industry.
